A Scallop Tasting Menu Happening This Month

Ever fancied trying scallops? Or just love a scallop?

Pebbles Eastbourne have a Rye Bay scallop tasting evening coming up.

Happening on Feb 26th at 6.30pm.

On the menu you will find 5 tasting courses.

First up Jagermeister & scallop crudo, rhubarb hot sauce and salty fingers. 
Wine option is the Bellefontaine grenache rosè

Course 2 – Scallop roe sesame toast and roasted cauliflower leaf salad.
Paired with Eneriz navarra chardonnay 

Numero 3 – Roasted scallop, creamed black pudding, chicken gravy and pickled apples. 
With Le Fou pinot noir

Next up – Seared scallops, curious braised crispy pork belly, caramelised cauliflower puree, beer caramel and BBQ baby leeks. 
Paired with Terra Allegre sangiovese.

And lastly – Persimmon Frangipane and almond ice cream.
With Motecalvo Falanghina.
