A Quick And Easy Weekday Dinner

There is nothing we hate more than finishing work and then having to cook dinner for an hour, so we had to come up with something that we loved and actually wanted to eat. Now this meal isn’t genius, it’s the simplest of the simple and it’s super yummy.

What You Need:
Salmon
Sweet Potato
Salad bits
Feta cheese
Jamie Oliver’s sticky chilli drizzle (because it’s amazing)

Wrap your salmon in foil and add some butter, pop it in the oven for 15 minutes. Then nuke your sweet potato in the microwave. We used the oven for an hour, but the microwave is obviously a million times quicker. Whilst those two bits are cooking, get your salad sorted out. Et voila – dinner in a quick 15 minutes. It’s super filling and pretty healthy. If you wanted to be a bit naughty – garlic bread goes very nicely with this dinner. However not so healthy, so the choice is yours. Enjoy.
