We’re excited to finally be able to leave the coat at home and finally start to think about wearing flip flops and sandals. Today, however, is not the day for that. It’s freezing and we’ve got the heating on, but the thought of being able to wear these gorgeous additions to our wardrobe soon is keeping us happy.
We always, always get new sunglasses each year and more often than not it’s a pair of aviators. This year we’re loving the flat lens mirrored aviators, specifically a pair of sunnies in Sainsburys, but we can’t find a picture online, so these Topshop aviators will have to do.
These Primark sandals/ mules/ peep toe things are the must have shoe for Spring in our opinion. They are super affordable and also some in a couple of colours, so obviously you need to buy them both. The Primark in Eastbourne is fully stocked in this style, but with the higher heel and in the wide fit. They currently have the smaller heeled version is sizes 5 upwards, no size 3s for us sadly. Sob.
It’s another one from Primark ladies – this off the shoulder top. It’s a must have for Spring because it’s so cute a floaty. We bought this a couple of weeks a go, but we did see the mannequin wearing it today, so we’re pretty sure it’s in stock in Eastbourne at the moment. Perfect for Spring as it can be teamed with pretty much anything!
Next on our Spring essentials is ripped jeans. It’s not always warm in Spring now is it? So jeans are our go to when the weather doesn’t know what to do. So that takes us to River Island. They have some great skinny jeans in at the moment, but it’s these Ameli skinny jeans that have made it on to the list. We love how the jeans are also frayed at the bottom.
We’re back to Primark for this twisted front long sleeved top. This top comes in black, white with striped and also in pink. We’ve got the lot and the white is 100% the favourite. It’s only £9, so a complete bargain. Also in stock now – currently by the downstairs tills.
These floppy hats have become a fave of ours – except when it rains – they suck. Topshop have a lot on offer – if you’re after a beige one – it’s now on sale for £8. Primark also have them in grey and black and Dorothy Perkins also have them in stock in black. It just depends on how much you want to spend.
This seasons skirt has moved away from the pencil midi and reinvented itself with the wrap skirt. It’s a lot easier to walk in thats for sure, other than that it’s pretty much the same. This River Island pink suede is on our hit list as it’s perfect for all seasons and more importantly Spring.
Happy Shopping!
