South Street can often be forgotten when all you want to do is pop into tow quickly. Especially when the weather is wet and rainy pretty much most of the day. However, we’re not going to let that put us off visiting South Street and the cute little shops and restaurants they have on offer.
Dollies and Dudes
New kids clothing boutique Dollies & Dudes has made the mummies of Eastbourne very happy. Lots of fab baby and kid clothes for boys and girls
Old Dave’s Gourmet Burger Co
We reviewed Old Dave’s Gourmet Burger Co last year (read here) and we have to say we haven’t found anywhere like it (in eastbourne anyways), It’s a great place to get your burger fix and the chips are fabulous.
Beau Pet Boutique
We love our pets here at Eastbourne LifeStyle and we were happy to see an independent pets boutique open in Eastbourne. They have everything from Lily’s kitchen food to dog jackets – they also offer a grooming service.
Club SouthÂ
A lot of you may have missed Club South on South Street (opposite Hudsons), however we suggest you take a trip down. The boutique is filled with lots of clothes and some home bits and of course accessories. What really makes the shop for us is the ladies who work there. They are so helpful and friendly and last time we went in we were offered nibbles and a drink. Winner!
The Dolphin Pub
A fave at Winter time with the open fire, but also a fave for food. It’s all so yummy and the portion sizes are exactly where we want in our life. Next time you’re looking for somewhere to eat, we 100% suggest here. Hopefully we will be able to review it for you all next time we’re a bit peckish.
