We thought we’d talk about Buddha bowls today, we had our first ever Buddha bowl – which was amazing by the way. Then someone asked us what is a Buddha bowl and we had absolutely no idea. So we did a lil bit of research and it’s pretty much –  filling dishes made of various greens, raw or roasted veggies, beans and a healthy grain like quinoa or brown rice. Sometimes they also include toppings like nuts, seeds and dressings for added texture and flavour. Now that doesn’t really make it sound all that appetising, but it really is. You have to try it for yourself, so today we’re sharing 5 yummy Buddha bowls for you to try out yourself. We’ll be trying them out also, over the next week or so.
