4 movies we’ve been to see recently and loved
Copshop
We knew nothing about this movie when we went in, just that Gerard Butler was in it and we’ll go and watch any movie that he is in if we’re honest. The storyline was a slow starter for us, but there was a lot of back story to catch up on. The shoot out scenes were great. The ending confused us slightly and we did have to go and google it afterwards, but a great movie to watch for sure.
9/10
Shang-Chi
This movie was a surprise for us. We didn’t really fancy watching it, but we did and we absolutely LOVED it! It was a great instalment to the Marvel movies. There were some great story lines. We thought the story line was great and the fight scenes were shot really well. It was also pretty funny.
10/10
Candyman
We’ve already review the Candyman (seen here), so we won’t do it again. There was definitely less killing in this one, but the gore was still there. We’re going to rate the Candyman 10/10 but, mainly for the message behind it. Parts of the movie were so powerful!
Free Guy
This movie was so funny! Exactly as you would expect from Ryan Reynolds. It was a bit weird, but we were on the edge of our seats by the end of it rooting for Blue Shirt Guy (Ryan Reynolds).
We will also give this one a 10/10 just because we laughed so much.
