It’s usually about this time of year where we take the kitchen to the BBQ and enjoy long nights outside, watching the sun go down. One thing we always love to make as a BBQ side is a salad, but not just your bog standard salad. Just a simple lettuce, cucumber, tomato salad is not acceptable. We like to choose ones that have lots of flavour, that offer something a little bit different. We’ve tried both the asparagus, tomato, feta and vinegar salad and also the apple a brie salad, both were fab, but we’re most excited about peach salad with grilled chicken, which we haven’t tried yet. That will be one for the weekend we’re sure.
